We have reinvigorated the environment department with highly experienced technical human resource and state-of-the-art technology. Two cells have been created to take care of the overall environmental issues, (i) Environment Protection Cell, and (ii) Environmental Monitoring Cell. The Environment Protection Cell takes care of day-to-day management of environmental pollution (which includes air, water, hazardous waste, etc.), natural resource conservation and developmental activities whereas the Environmental Monitoring Cell takes care of the monitoring of various parameters as per the norms of Pollution Control Board.
We have installed various kinds of pollution control equipment and facilities in the plant to reduce air pollution, water pollution and for hazardous waste management. Some of the facilities are as below:
