As part of our sustainable procurement commitment, 5% of our total procurement spend is directed toward suppliers from underrepresented groups. Sustainable Procurement Capacity Building
We are committed to embedding sustainability across our procurement ecosystem through continuous learning and stakeholder engagement. 100% of our procurement professionals have been trained on sustainable procurement principles and practices, enabling responsible and informed sourcing decisions.
In addition, more than 50% of our suppliers have received training on sustainable procurement practices, fostering greater awareness, collaboration, and alignment with our sustainability objectives across the value chain.
SA8000 due diligence
SA8000As part of our sustainable procurement framework, suppliers undergo due diligence assessments aligned with SA8000 requirements, helping us promote ethical labor practices and responsible business conduct throughout our supply chain.
To strengthen ESG governance, suppliers are required to complete ESG questionnaires and formally acknowledge our Supplier Code of Conduct, ensuring alignment with our environmental, social, and ethical expectations.
