Job Description
  • Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
  • Setting activity and revenue targets for the vertical and members of the sales team.
  • Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
  • Attending key meetings with members of the sales team and other senior members of business.
  • Working on account management plans with the sales account managers.
  • Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
  • Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
  • Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
  • Networking to generate new business for the company.
  • Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
  • Ensure jobs as per quality standards.
Qualifications Degree in Engineering / Business management is a must

At least 8 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years at a relevant senior level position. Refractory experience in the Aluminum and Copper industry would be a strong advantage.

  • Must have overseas exposure in order to develop and expand the existing business network.
